Mirror produced video and photography for Abu Dhabi Health Data Services (ADHDS) — operators of Malaffi, the UAE’s first Health Information Exchange platform — during their presence at GITEX 2025 at Dubai World Trade Centre. The brief was to document the ADHDS booth as standalone institutional content for the organisation’s own channels. Photography and video ran as parallel workflows throughout the exhibition.

Exhibition production at Dubai World Trade Centre
GITEX, Gulfood, and dozens of sector-specific trade shows run through Dubai World Trade Centre each year. We have production experience at DWTC across multiple events and clients, including GITEX 2023, GITEX 2025, and Gulfood 2026.
Covering a specific exhibitor’s booth at a major trade show is different from covering the event itself. The crew works around the client’s schedule — meetings, demos, presentations — rather than the event programme. The content needs to hold up on the client’s own channels, not just as event documentation. Delivery timing matters: the window to use exhibition content for follow-up communications closes quickly after the event ends.
